What's fine dining?
Fine dining establishments are full-service establishments that specialize in specialized meal courses. Such venues use higher-quality materials in their décor, as well as certain dining regulations that visitors are often expected to follow, which may include a dress requirement. Fine dining venues are commonly referred to as “white-tablecloth restaurants” since they used to have server-served tables with white tablecloths. The tablecloths became a symbol for the event. White tablecloths became less popular over time, but the service and sophisticated environment maintained.

We’ve wanted to establish a restaurant where we could give back to the many friends and family members who have supported us along this incredible journey for many years, since when we opened our first Atlanta restaurant, Tamarind. It’s always been our desire to be able to serve such individuals with the freshest ingredients, the vivid flavors we’ve spent years refining, and the vibrant colors and enticing aromas we’ve passed down from generation to generation.
